Vacuum lifting systems

Overhead cranes or overhead travelling cranes are travelling cranes that ‘walk’ overhead and can easily move heavy loads laterally. We have both single girder and double girder overhead travelling cranes in our range. Single girders consist of a horizontal main girder with hoist that moves along the walkway. Such type of overhead crane is easy to integrate into existing or new working environments. Double girders consist of a double horizontal girder moving along the walkway, with the hoist running on top of the girders. Such girders have greater lifting height and lifting capacity.

Monorails are crane systems suitable for linear transport, i.e. they only move loads forward or backwards, and up or down. So the loads always follow a fixed route via a hoist. Ideal for loads that need to be moved within a production line.

Modular and light crane systems are systems that can be easily fixed to existing ceiling structures. Just think of the Demag KBK suspended girders where the walkway of the horizontal girder is fully or partially suspended from the roof trusses, or light crane systems from Eepos that provide the ideal solution for limited lifting capacity and limited span.

Mobile gantry cranes allow you to move heavy loads inside buildings where the installation of a roller bridge or monorail is not possible. The movement is then done laterally on wheels.

Depending on your choice of column or wall mounting, jib cranes rotate fully or partially around their axis and are highly suitable in local applications around a machine or fixed workstation. Wall-mounted slewing jib cranes are attached directly to posts and pillars, or directly to the wall. This type of jib crane has lifting capacities between 63 and 10,000 kg and a rotation of 180°. Column-mounted slewing jib cranes are mounted on a free-standing steel column and help make workstations more ergonomic. They also have a swivel range of 270° or 360° and can lift loads from 63kg to 63t.
