In Frameries, we were asked to install 3 new slewing cranes.
This customer needed an ergonomic solution to place tyres on a machine and to remove them after processing. Until recently, this was done with a lot of muscle power and often resulted in back problems.
Vetter Cranes has not called this model of slewing crane Assistant for nothing. With its compact design and low weight, this assistant helps the operator in his daily tasks.
For this project, each slewing crane has a lifting capacity of 250 kg.
The hoist is slewed and moved smoothly by pushing and pulling the load.
A smooth and easy hoisting motion is guaranteed by an electric Demag DC-Com 2 hoist.
