In Fleurus, we installed a lightweight crane with a lifting capacity of 1000kg. This crane is built with Demag KBK modular components and we suspended it from a support structure manufactured by us.
Lightweight cranes have many advantages. Thanks to their low deadweight, they can be moved very easily by pushing against the load. This means that parts can be positioned quickly and intuitively. The motorised chain hoist takes on the heaviest work.
Demag KBK systems are a good investment because they greatly improve working ergonomics, require little maintenance and have a very long service life.
These lightweight cranes are designed on the basis of standard components and this makes them easily adaptable to changing requirements.
The crane runways can be extended, a bridge can be added, or a motorised system can be installed on all axes, etc. Many things are possible.
