Description
The 3TK signal converter is used to convert tri-state signals from the control pendant / radio control into potential-free contacts for conventional contactor controls.
The 3TK signal converter is used when the DC chain hoist is used with tri-state signals (control pendant / radio control) in conjunction with a conventionally controlled (contactor-controlled) crane and / or trolley travelling gear.
The control signals “Forward”, “Back”, “Fast” (for the crane axle), “Right”, “Left”, “Fast” (for the trolley axle),
as well as “Special signal_1”, “Special signal_2” and “Emergency stop” (safety relay) are available as potential-free contacts.

The scope of delivery includes:
● Terminal box and terminal strip;
● Cable bushings (grommets: 2x M20, 3x M25, 1x M25 flat; screw connection 2x M20, 2x M25);
● Mounting plate and screws (order no. 718 383 45).
● Switching relay and control transformer for control voltage connection 42 V, 48 V, 115 V, 230 V.
