– The lightweight aluminium body is robust and incorporates quality components such as bearings for long life. The body coating offers additional protection against harsh environments.
– Its folding handle in the 360° swivel lever increases productivity while reducing the risk of injury.
– The direction indicator is housed in the lever and clearly shows the direction: up, down, neutral.
– The covered load pressure brake remains free of dirt and moisture, which enables precise load positioning.
– The moulded chain stop allows the user to easily position the chain in freewheel mode, while preventing it from entering the chain nut and blocking the hoist.
– The heavy duty chain guide and chain release are cast in steel and then zinc plated for corrosion protection.
– 100% load-tested zinc-plated chain, designed and manufactured in Europe, complies with national and international standards and regulations.
– The screwed hook with nylon lock allows easy inspection. Forged hooks extend without breaking when overloaded. Moulded safety latches secure the load.
Options
– All YaleERGO 360 ® can be equipped with an integrated load limiter. Units with the load limiter are easily identifiable by the black steering wheel.
– Naval hooks available on 1500 kg and 3000 kg models.
– Chain extension per metre on request.
